This 185 square foot Primary Bathroom was fully remodeled. The original layout and design was outdated and did not create a functional bathroom for the homeowners. The new modern design opened up the space and brought a highly functional space for the owners’ enjoyment.
Jack & Jill Bathroom Renovation

This was a renovation of a Jack & Jill Bathroom.
Project Description
This 70 square foot shared Jack & Jill Bathroom maintained its original layout but was completely refreshed. The new design brought a clean and modern vibe to this bathroom. The removal of the linen closet and replacement with a custom linen cabinet allowed the toilet to be shifted over giving more clearance going to the tub.
En Suite Bathroom Refresh

This was a refresh of the En Suite Bathroom.
Project Description
This 40 square foot En Suite Bathroom’s original design was outdated and dark. After the refresh the bathroom has a bright modern look that the homeowners and their guests can enjoy.
Maple Hardwood Floor Installation

Maple Hardwood Flooring installed in various rooms throughout.
Project Description
2,300 square feet of carpet was removed and replaced with Maple Hardwood Floor manufactured by Mirage. A layer of premium underlayment that has insulation value and moisture barrier properties was installed under the flooring. The Family Room had cement under the original carpet so a layer of wood subfloor had to be built up on top so the new wood floor could be installed properly.
Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Install

Project Description
The basement had a history of water intrusion so the entire 1,300 square feet of basement carpet was removed and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. In addition, PVC base and shoe molding was installed.
